CARPS CUPS

The carps, hand-engraved in porcelain cups, swim in a translucent enamel. These cups represent the perfect mix between my love for engraving and my passion for a different kind of enamel. Unusually thick, it is worked like glass paste: melted, it reveals its depth and creates a unique material from which the carp emerges.

These cups belong to the ‘Lac’ Collection, in which I explore the depth and colour of the glaze through objects that once again fall between utility and simple aesthetic.

These small plates have only a decorative function !
