This collection of tableware is inspired by the colors of the city of Venice and the openwork of its jagged stone facades. Soft, round shapes in luminous pastel colors.
Whether turned or made from slabs, each piece has its own unique touch, its own grain of clay and its own glaze of varying intensity. The stoneware comes from Belgium, its sandy color is left rough on the outside for a soft, warm touch, and the glazes, the result of personal research, express their inner nuances.
The shape and diameter of the plates is not insignificant: once turned over, they fit perfectly into the bowls and ramekins. Exactly matched to form lids that retain heat, store food in the fridge or transform the object into a jewelry box.
